In the lead up to World Milk Day, Pauls wanted to share their extraordinary passion for dairy with Australian’s young and old.
As one of the nations longest standing dairy brands, we saw an opportunity for Pauls to demonstrate their influence, through the mothers, fathers, children and grandmas who have used their product for generations.
We went on a search for the oldest and most loved family milk based recipes, putting a call out via social media.
Our humble post and media spend saw over 200 recipes submitted, with family members tagging one another under Mum’s Calabrese Cristoli, Nana’s baked rice egg custard, Nona’s Panettone Bread and Butter and Grandma Joyce’s Lemon Syrup Loaf Cake.
Rice puddings, Lebanese Mufroukeh’s and Traditional Arabic Kunafeh’s that had been made, and passed down 6 generations and over 100 years.
Our simple idea showed us the extraordinary role that Pauls Dairy played in the lives of Australian families. From the little written books of cooks around the country, we were able to share a multicultural mix of milk creations, with Australian’s far and wide.
