One-of-a-kind Moments - The Luxury Cruise Edit
With luxury cruise season on the horizon and the industry continuing to attract an agieng database, Travel Associates saw the need to connect with a new generation of luxury traveller. After garnering the support of 10 leading luxury cruise lines - who all saw the problem at hand - Travel Associates soon had the luxury cruise industry collectively seeing the opportunity in front of them. To keep luxury cruising alive in the future, they needed to connect with this new luxury generation.
Inspired by bold, high impact, stylised brand statements best executed by iconic fashion houses globally, we created a larger-than-life, experiential version of the brand’s famous code - a stylised gemstone destination pin - to ensure the Travel Associates brand went from unknown to known. Overnight, a 7-meter high, Perspex gemstone and mirror clad case Travel Associates pin was dropped on Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal overlooking the iconic Opera House - to officially launch Luxury Cruise Season.
Across a two-day period, an array of activations for VIP clients, tastemakers, content creators and media came to life within the iconic Gem. All curated to represent a one-of-a-kind experiential moment from one of the 10 luxury cruise lines and designed to cut through the travel noise in busy traditional advertising channels.
