Armed with over 17 years’ experience as a publicist and creative, Mia leads IVY’s national PR operation, alongside Emma, comprising of offices in Brisbane, Sydney.
As a former Creative Director of the agency, Mia is passionate about producing colourful campaigns that inspire thinking and create change. In 2017, Mia was listed in the Campaign Asia Top Women to Watch in the Creative industries for her large-scale experiential work.
Mia leads with a philosophy grounded in empathy and kindness and fosters an inclusive culture of creativity and collaboration.
Emma Bedsor
Managing Director
Armed with over 10 years’ experience as a publicist and strategist, Emma leads IVY’s national PR operation, alongside Mia, comprising of offices in Brisbane, Sydney.
Throughout the course of her career, Emma has worked closely with clients in tourism, retail, hospitality, fashion, property, finance, insurance, and fitness to develop creative multi-channel campaigns that drive brand salience and real business results.
A relationship-driven and tenacious leader, Emma’s passion and rejection of mediocrity drives her vision for an above and beyond approach to client service, a standard she has set agency-wide.
